Hi everybody,

I need help for setting up a Drupal website for selling recurring services to customers online and processing their requests for support. In other words I need billing and ticketing system. I know I could do this myself because there seems all the necessary modules available, however I am currently busy with something else and don't have time to sort out what is the best way to set this up, and I really need this to be done soon, maybe within a week or two.

Can any experienced back-end Drupal developer setup a Drupal Commerce website for me with the following requirements:

1. The website should use https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_license_billing module to take care of recurring monthly, quarterly and yearly services.

2. The ticketing system should be able to automatically turn incoming e-mails into tickets, that is to create a new ticket or find and add to the already existing ticket based on the subject similarity.

Nothing else, no any other extra features, no front-end development at all (we have one already and will adapt it into Drupal 7 theme), just plain Drupal 7 + billing + ticketing.

I believe an experienced Drupal developer could get this work quickly. How much would this kind of work cost? Will $100 be enough? If not tell me your price.

Hi, sorry for late reply. This task turned out to be more complex than it initially seemed to us, so we've ended up working with a Drupal developing company. So yes, this thread should be considered closed. Thanks!
