One thing some sites might want for their saved searches is to enable users to retroactively change a saved search's fulltext keywords.

The attached patch implements this and seems to work well for me.
When the keywords are changed, the stored results (if the saved search is configured to use that instead of a date field) are automatically updated accordingly so that a change in the keywords by the user won't fire a notification mail.
