Rules for creating/deleting groups

I like the way that this module provides a basic sign-up form for users who don't need much customization, and then a few Rules actions for those that want more.

Continuing with this approach, I believe it would be quite helpful if we had Rules actions for all of the primary API methods. Doing so would allow us to create a completely custom UX for managing subscriptions. The key method I could use right now is the ability to create new MC Groups using Rules. Why? I could then use my own entities (e.g. Taxonomy terms) for groups, which allows me to stylize, provide additional fields, etc., per group. My admins could then create new groups and allow users to subscribe to them, all without using the MC site.
