Final beta release adding following missing functionality:

* Create a translation file per Job Item: translators like to have all related translation strings together, creating one big file with all text from all entities in in translation file is difficult to (human) process.
* Extended configuration of the Translator. That configuration is used to fill the translation order file (order.xml).
* Add fields to send translation instructions and reference along with a Job translation order.
