There is a new patch to Apps (#2367191: Apps page load is slow when lots of apps with images) to improve performance for local apps and also to handle cases where local apps need to update their icons or screenshots. This patch is needed for the next Open Atrium. Eventually we'll roll a new release of Apps, but for now we patch the Panopoly Core make file.
