I am not sure if Organizations with just one member, freelancer, are published on Marketplace/Drupal Services.

* Anyway take a look at guidelines. I can see that you did some Drupal contributions, you can add then to your company.

Conpany size does not matter but #4 is right that the marketplace profile is lacking specific information. Please make also sure that you list your company as your current employer so that your name can be seen under the world map on your marketplace page.
