generated/_real.layout.page.css [#2590237]

This may be a works as intended but I note that when you create a new theme that you need to go into Settings > Layout and ant the very least click [Save layout settings] before sidebar columns are created. once you press save you get

The following layout CSS files were generated:
themes/_real/styles/css/generated/_real.layout.page.css

Really enjoying learning whats new in the d8 theme - thank you

Hmmm, thats not right. You should not have to save the theme settings, that file should already exist (it should be created when you generate the theme), I'll look into whats going on.
