We are very excited about our solicitor legal services site - Quittance Personal Injury - which we have just migrated to D7. See http://www.quittance.co.uk/.
The site is an authority site within personal injury legal services and has heavy content requirements supported by the powerful Feeds module. We couldn't acheive our content aims without the robust import functionality.
Also thanks to the Drupal forms API we have developed a fully featured compensation calculator module that predicts how much compensation an injured person can expect to be awarded by the Courts. It is also the first of its kind in the legal sector to calculate probable solicitors' fees that will accumulate when representing clients on lengthy and drawn out legal cases. http://www.quittance.co.uk/personal-injury-compensation-claims-calculator.

The calculator is impressive.
The calculator is impressive. However, most injured clients may feel that their injuries are more severe than opinion of the medical experts you obtain on their behalf. This may put them in an 'unrealistic mind frame' as to their damages - making settlement outside of court difficult.
Good design
Website design looks good to me and calculator is no doubt is great as well.
