fabianderijkThis is not normal behaviour. I'm taking a look at it right now.
fabianderijkIt seems that the CSS is not loaded. I will fix this ASAP.

fabianderijkI've committed a fix in the 8.x-1.x dev branch. Can you download that version and check if everything is OK?

Marnix CreditAttribution: Marnix as a volunteer commentedHad the same problem with version 8.x.1.1 and I've downloaded the dev version of 2015-Oct-10.
I can confirm that the css files are now loaded.
The layout looks better to me now.

capitolium CreditAttribution: capitolium as a volunteer commentedI would try this theme, but I have a similar behavior.
The /themes/fortytwo/static/css/fortytwo.css file is loaded (I can see it in the page souece code), but it's not applied at all. I get the same page posted by jmary
My configuration:
PHP 5.5.37
MySQL 5.6.20
Drupal 8.1.6
FortyTwo 8.x-1.8
Thank you (for all the fish),
Franco

fabianderijkI still cannot reproduce this on a vanilla Drupal 8 install with the following version:
Drupal 8.2.0
Fortytwo-8.x-1.8
PHP 7.x
Nothing else is installed, also tried with PHP 5.6, and it works as well.
See the attached screenshot.
