Restrict view event calendar details to authorised users

Question about Event Calendar in combination with Content Access:

I would like to share the headlines of articles and upcoming events on a website's front page. But only the headlines (and some teaser part). This works perfectly. When clicking on the headlines you are nicely linked to the respective item. However I would like to restrict this linking to authorised users only. The content on the front page may be viewed by the general audience, the detailed and complete content (with eg. private info) is only for registered users.

The content_access module unfortunately does not provide enough granularity allow this required restriction.

Is there a way to achieve this. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated
