Offering to maintain user_expire module

I'm not a maintainer of the module, but I just want to express what I think about this issue as a user of the module :)

When someone offers to maintain a module, I think it's appropriate for them to demonstrate their experience with the module in the issue queue first. I encourage you to go through the current queue and review patches, provide patches for some bugs, reply to support requests, etc. Those are all things that you can do before you have commit access to the module. Once you've done that, you will have demonstrated your skill as a maintainer and it should be a more straightforward process for you to be granted maintainer access.

Erik and I had a brief discussion on twitter and he's made me a maintainer (see attached).

If you can help review those issues and work on any other issues in the queue that interest you it would be great.

Since there's a new more active maintainer I'm going to mark this fixed.
