Small changes to README.md

When using this module, I found it hard to initially get my head around the way it works.

What helped me was to follow the example in the README, starting out with a few of my own feature modules in the base scope, and extending the base scope one-by-one with the modules that were marked as redundant.

I thought that this might be useful for others who are getting started, so I added a few lines to the 'getting started' section of the README.
