Just checked this against Drupal 8.0.0-rc1, and I note that with Admin Toolbar Tools installed, there is no Login link on the site when in a logged-out state. It's still there with Admin Toolbar installed, but installing Admin Toolbar Tools installed, somehow the 'Log out ("Log in" for anonymous users)' link is removed from the "User account menu " menu. This leaves no Logout link for uses who don't have Toolbar permissions, and no login link for when the site is in a logged-out (anonymous) state. I'm not yet sure how ATT is removing the menu link (it comes back if you uninstall ATT), but this does not seem useful.
