I created a view.
I put the fields that interest me. I added bulk workflow because I want to change the status of several contents. when I select all the contents, the state remains the same, workflow is not working.
How can I do?

Regardless of whether the state that you are changing is a valid transition from the current state, and regardless of whether "Force" is selected, the state remains the same when attempting to change the state via Views Bulk Operations.
I am using a Workflow Field on a Node entity with a Content View.
