When editing from an iPad with the latest version of media the media browser doesn't scroll as expected so it's impossible to add an image. This wasn't an issue in Media 1.x or some earlier version and I don't know if it affects other tablets than an iPad. Seems to be an issue what the auto-resize functionality recently added to the Media Browser modal.
