Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a place where other people could indicate additional lists they have created. Not sure if the module page would be the best place though...

For example I just created two lists for Spanish provinces and states, if you want to mention it somewhere.

You can use the Ecosystem field on your project page, which will make a two-way link.
