# Summary
The advanced help module allows module developers to store their help outside the module system, in pure .html files. The files can be easily translated simply by copying them into the right translations directory.
The basic functionality of the module is done, it has missing some features (like the popup feature and the integration with the search system).

gnugetAdvanced help Status: The module is working right now, a good part of the code can be modernized and it needs tests.
The Configurable help is a great idea and I already helped with a small fix, sadly after that, I wasn't able to spend more time on it.
But I'm glad that to the project is keep moving and if in the future I have time I will definitely try to help

colanCan Advanced Help Hint be merged into this module (at least until the core work is done)? See #3023204: Drupal 8 plans.
