How can I order the context, as such that one context becomes before the others?

Hi,
I see this patch for weighting blocks: https://www.drupal.org/node/455908
Would the same principle work for sorting context, that whatever comes first is shown and other metatag context not?
See this post: https://echo.co/blog/context-weights. Is this still basic configuration?
