Drupal 7.39, Entity form 7.X-2.0-rc1

I created an entity form with the default setup. The menu item was created. When I click on the menu item I get the following error message:

Error message:
The requested page "/?q=eform/submit/gr-project" could not be found.

The menu item is located at:
http://www.mywebsite.com/?q=eform/submit/gr-project

Why won't it access the form?

I have the same issue. The submit link doesn't work as well, it gives the same error message:

The requested page "/?q=eform/submit/gr-project" could not be found.
