The seekbar for Jplayer does not work in google chrome 45.0.2454.101. The seekbar works well in Firefox, IE, or Edge browsers. I am attempting to play mp3 audio.

This appears to be an issue with Chrome itself and the playback of files that are marked as "private". My workaround was to make these files "public" within Drupal.
