In Open Atrium 2.32 is there a method for adding sections headings above an FAQs section so that they could be divided into separate categories and sub-sections? Right now, when I add a FAQ, I see no way of adding a FAQ to a separate section within the same page.

2) More specific information is needed to understand what you are trying to achieve. Is this a clean OA install or did you add modules (eg the FAQ module)?

bobbygryzyngerHi Argus,
Thanks for your response, I will definitely consider upgrading the distribution version.
Let me try and be a bit clearer about what my intentions are:
I currently have several Spaces with associated FAQs. Each FAQs page is implemented as a Section Page within my Spaces. Currently, as I add additional FAQ topics, I see no way of creating sub-sections for these FAQ pages where I could categorize each FAQ topic under an appropriate heading. I am not currently using the FAQ Module.
I am creating the individual FAQs as follows:
Add Content -> Frequently Asked Question, choosing the appropriate "Group Audience" and then choosing my FAQs Open Atrium Section from the drop down menu.
This creates the FAQ in the desired location, but I will be adding many FAQs to each section and I'm looking for a way to break them up under headings to make them easier to navigate. Right now, each FAQ is simply added to the existing FAQs on my FAQs Section Pages, creating a very long list that will be difficult for the user to navigate.
My question is then, is there a way within Open Atrium to better categorize these FAQs in the use-case that there are many FAQs that each pertain to a different aspect of my Spaces?
Thank you for your assistance.

Argus CreditAttribution: Argus as a volunteer commentedI think perhaps you should use taxonomies to categorise your FAQ's instead of creating sub-sections. You can use the OG vocabulary field to add different categories for each Space. To do so you use the cogwheel on each Space's page and choose "Config".
Then under Vocabulary add a taxonomy for the content type you want to categorize. Enable a term reference, go with the default settings and you should be fine. Then add terms to the category. Repeat this for every Space.
Now when you create a FAQ node you should have a different list of taxonomy options for each Space.

bobbygryzyngerHi Argus,
I have run into one problem following your advice in creating my FAQ categories. I have been able to follow your advice up to creating taxonomies for my Spaces, but how can I output my chosen terms for my FAQs as headings once I have assigned them? Currently, the terms I have created are not output at all.
Ideally, these term categories would be output alphabetically along with the items assigned to them.
Thank you again for your assistance.

Argus CreditAttribution: Argus as a volunteer commentedYou would need to create a Content Pane View that shows the FAQ's, and then group them by the OG Vocabulary terms. You also want to add the Filters for OA Groups (Spaces) and Sections. Take a look at the Views OA ships with, e.g. the Open Atrium Content View. We use that as an example:
A bridge to the Taxonomy term entity that is referenced via og_vocabulary
";Content: OG vocabulary
field to the View;Content: OG vocabulary
field as Grouping field Nr.1Now you have your new Content Pane you can add to each Space page. If you want to add the Pane to every Space page you will need to add it to the OA Space template.

bobbygryzyngerHi Argus,
Thank you again for your assistance.
Your response above helped me to achieve the categorization and grouping that I was looking for, but one issue still remains. With the view being rendered as an unformatted list, my FAQ items are no longer collapsible (see attached image). If I change this back to fieldset, I no longer have the option to group my items according to their taxonomy.
I have attempted to address this by adding a sort criteria for the taxonomy terms. This achieves the grouping by category and collapsible interface, however, with this, my categories are no longer listed as headings above my FAQ items (see the second image I have attached).
How can I achieve the grouping and headings that I would like while retaining the collapsible interface elements?

Argus CreditAttribution: Argus as a volunteer commentedHow did you create the collapsible fieldsets?
bobbygryzyngerIn the View settings under Format, I chose "Fieldset." Then, within the Fieldset settings, I checked "Collapsible fieldset." These are the settings for "Open Atrium FAQs," which is essentially what I'm attempting to replicate, albeit with category headings.
