Last time I checked "Libraries API" module was not yet available to D8, thus I choosed to delay my devs since I was quite busy. I will checkout status on this and port it ASAP now.

For the purposes of this queue, "fixed" == has a stable release. Bumping down to "RTBC" (rc). Almost there! :)

Sorry, that was incorrect according to the D8CPT description. RTBC means an RC release exist.
The needs work would be for issues in the module queue itself.

Now there is a Stable release, this issue can be set to Fixed.
