I am using 8.x-3.0-alpha2, I have uninstall the 8.x-3.0-alpha1 and re-install 8.x-3.0-alpha2 but when I make Bootstrap to default theme and click "settings", it's blank page, what's wrong with that, please?

I see some feedback that they fixed the file permission to solve the blank page, so I try to reset 644 & 755 then the Bootstrap could run well. Initially I have not considered the file permission problem because I unintalled the bootstrap 8.x-30-alpha1 and re-installed the boostrap 8.x-3.0-alpha2 by URL on backend, so it should not have any file permission problem, doesn't it?
Any way, the problem fixed, thanks again.
