Release 7.x-1.7

There was a flurry of commits after the last release, but there haven't been any changes in about 6 months now- seems like a good time for a stable release. Plus, the development release is sort of borked (for some reason it was re-rolled months after the latest commit), which causes problems with Git Deploy and Drush Make, so it would really help to have a stable release.
