Hi, I'm running into an error when creating new bundles.

When I add an entity type, go to the bundle list screen (a default bundle has not been created) and click 'Add new bundle' the screen whites out with the message "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

Looking in the log, the message is:

Recoverable fatal error: Argument 2 passed to Drupal\Component\Utility\SafeMarkup::format() must be of the type array, none given, called in /srv/bindings/0915bd18300a423ba7e55ed7e1f3f71a/code/modules/eck/src/Form/EntityBundle/EckEntityBundleForm.php on line 60 and defined in Drupal\Component\Utility\SafeMarkup::format() (line 205 of /srv/bindings/0915bd18300a423ba7e55ed7e1f3f71a/code/core/lib/Drupal/Component/Utility/SafeMarkup.php).

Any ideas as to what's wrong?
