modernizr 7.x-3.5

Now compatible with Modernizr v3, which had breaking changes affecting this Drupal module. We are back to normal, and current users just have to run the update hook to make new custom builds work again. New users of the module will have to opt-in to including yepnope.js (included with the module), but the module will issue a warning instead of outputting JS that errors out. Issues related to the breaking changes:
