Add responsive support for local tasks

Administration Menu has an option under System Tweaks to move the local tasks into the admin menu ("view", "edit", etc).

These links are appended to the admin menu, but when the screen is smaller (triggering the responsive SlickNav menu), these local tasks aren't shown.

I suspect this is because Administration Menu moves them via Javascript into the admin menu, and Adminimal Admin Menu doesn't do the same into the SlickNav menu.

Any chance this can be fixed?
