Druid.fi is listed as a company with offices in Finland and The Netherlands.
Although they have a Dutch employee, they only have a physical office in Finland.
See: https://www.drupal.org/node/1770460
According to the guidelines, only countries may be listed in which the company has an actual office.

We count this as a physical office, just like all the freelancers do. The point of the guideline is not to get in fight with semantics but to limit companies from listing themselves in every country in the world just because they are trying to get customers from those countries.
On a side note, it's very sad for me to see postings like this with clear intention to push down competition. In Finland we have noticed that nothing is more valuable for Drupal than to actually have multiple credible companies selling our beloved framework. This is the only way to gain trust from the market so that they feel confident in investing to Drupal without feeling like their software will fall if the agency does. We do lot's of co-operation locally with companies like Wunderkraut and Exove to defeat the potential threats(Wordpress, Liferay, EPiServer..) and have been pretty successful in it. We are not coming there just to share the cake, but to actually create bigger Drupal markets for both of us to thrive in.
That said, please contact me if you are interested in co-operation(help with development, selling agile together, credibility with selling D8 etc.), i guarantee you it will benefit us both.

So I would suggest to either register a physical office in the Netherlands and list it on your website, or file an issue to change the marketplace rules. Acquia has several employees in The Netherlands, but they don't list all those countries too.
And sure, more great companies is good, and I believe in creating a bigger cake to share. But to create a fair playing field, let's stick to the rules that d.o. provides us.
