I have a site that offers monthly or yearly subscriptions. What I am looking for is something like a coupon code that would allow them to go through the entire checkout process but have the system NOT bill them until 30 days or 60 days out. Basically they would get a month or two free. I'm using Drupal 7.31

Yes, this is possible, and I know a lot of people have done this (including me). A complete answer to this question requires far more time and effort than I'm willing to give as a volunteer in a free support channel.
