It is very good admin theme.
I have found small bug. I don't see hover effect on star for remove shortcut link.
I have made some analysis. And I have made small patch. I am going to add patch to issue

I have some thinks about this bug, and I think better solution that change icon for page. Because this is already saved in shortcuts.
I have attached new patch
