Expose lowest price to Views

I'm trying to put together a View page that will show all items that are under $10.00. I know that the purpose of this module is to hold several prices, but could anyone tell me if it's possible to set this View up to include items where the price for a quantity of 1 is within the price range? If i try to set it up using the price field as a filter, all items with pricing tables are shown. What would be the appropriate steps to narrow down the products with price tables, given the filter criteria?
