Ajax behavior on mobile navigation menu display

I have jquery v10, and current theme release.

Viewing the menu in responsive/mobile display.
1. click on the menu to open.
2. clicking on a menu with use-ajax works well.
3. The menu will not close on successful ajax call after click.

In comparison - clicking a non-ajax will reload the page in which the new navigation item will be closed.

I'm not sure if this is theme related or bootstrap framework related.
