Current thinking is that we should have an additional confirmation page after the pre-upgrade review page. Is there anything to go on this page other than "Are you sure?"?

We might not do this, on the principle that fewer pages is better (the report page is already a confirmation page). Untagging for Barcelona - if the report page were to add any actions that affect the upgrade process, then that would be a good time to add a following confirmation page.
