Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
This is based on this forum topic where Owen Kelly created a hack to the Smarty templating setup so that instead of writing the templates to the filesystem, they're written to Redis. In order to achieve this it uses Drupal's cache functionality and bypasses the writing and reading from files.
This has been used by a few people and seems to work without incident while increasing the speed of CiviCRM.
