Aegir tries to be safe by providing a rollback, but for some scenarios one might wish to skip saving a backup just for that purpose.

The original 2.x hosting_sync that came from devshop didn't have rollback support and only created a backup when asked to with the --backup option.

I suggest we create a disable-rollback-backup option to skip this step.
