Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch a Drupal 8 webpage in Safari on an iOS mobile device.
2. Select Manage.
3. Scroll up and down on the web page with the manage menu still open.

Observed Behavior:

  • The manage, shortcuts, and user icons bleed through the open manage menu when the user scrolls up while at the top of the web page.
  • Additional space between the tool bar and web page is created after the user attempts to scroll up while at the top of the page and lets go.
  • The Admin tool bar does not remain on the page as the user scrolls down the page, leaving space between the top of the site and the open manage menu.

Expected Behavior: Scrolling up and down on the web page do not cause these graphical issues.

Additional Notes: Issues were found on an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.2.

Component: Bartik theme » toolbar.module

Hello @BrandonHeidMG, thanks for reporting the bugs. The issues you raised are all specific to Toolbar behaviour, this is standalone to the Bartik theme. Therefore I am assigning this issue over to the Toolbar module. Thanks!
