I'm not sure what the cause is, but when i enable it will break some civicrm admin functions like creating a new mailing. When I disable for role or page it works correctly. I can try to debug but lot's of moving parts.

By definition, a bug is something one can demonstrate as to cause and effect. As admitted, you are not sure what the cause is and have at this point only circumstantial or coincidental 'evidence' that there may be some relationship between this module and the error you are experiencing, let's change the category.

Also, as i am not likely to install civicrm any time soon, someone will need to demonstrate cause and effect (and suggest a solution). Do you have (or know someone who has) the technical know-how to do this and report back?

In case anyone is wondering what's happening with this - we at least have GTM firing away with no problems in Civicrm as far as we've been able to tell so far. :-)
