Importing images and EXIF values

I am trying to setup Node Gallery together with EXIF extraction to Taxonomy. However, I am struggling with this.

Inside my Gallery Item content I have added fields names field_exif_keywords together with a taxonomy names Images in which I have a taxonomy tree with exif // keywords. Nevertheless, no matter WHAT I do I cannot transfer the image's EXIF keywords to my taxonomy list.

If anyone else has struggled with this AND found a solution, please help me.
