I have a page at /cp_admin. When I try to create a link to that page, it outputs it as /cpadmin. But when I go back to edit it, it's showing /cp_admin.

Hi @jemisond,

I can't reproduce it in PB 7.x-3.3. Please check if the issue persists in latest stable version of Path Breadcrumbs module.
