I have one Drupal installation with two domains.
Both domains use same database.
When I goto domain1 in desktop browser the theme1 asigned is displayed.
When I goto domain2 in desktop browser the theme2 asigned is displayed.

But...

Whe I do the same in mobile browser only main theme1 is displayed in both domains.

You can recreate this with my domains:

Domain 1
Domain 2

This isn't really an actionable report. Perhaps there is some other module or code interfering on mobile?
