Follow-up to #1563612: HTML code in thead label's is check_plain'ed in output and destroy custom HTML in labels

In order to allow html in table head labels, the select all placeholder needs to be changed as suggested by @hass in #43:

Please change your placeholder in VBO to a non HTML comment. This is really easy and has not required a rollback of this patch as this is just a string substitution and nothing else.
