Features
A view is added which shows all ideal transactions. When VBO is installed. The administrator has the ability to edit or delete these transactions.

The ideal icon is now a field in the ideal configuration instead of the hard coded theme folder. The icon can be placed in the theme folder or for example the public files folder.

Important!
When upgrading to ideal advanced 1.1 you have to run update.php and clear the site cache after installation.
Also set the icon path in the existing ideal configurations when applicable.
