Offering to co-maintain Taxonomy Access Control [#2562477]

Hi,

I'm offering to help co-maintain Taxonomy Access Control. I'd like to start by publishing a release to help solve an old but persistent bug #1313912: undefined function node_access_needs_rebuild() on cached anonymous requests.

Thanks dddave! I usually see the Maintainers tab to see what permission I have, but I don't see the permission tab for this project. Which perms did you assign me?
