Performance node process

Hi all

We use your module in one of our drupal pages. This page have a lot of traffic, and we activate it only for a few pages (under admin/config/nodejs/config).
Our page have a sport live ticker and we push the new results etc. over your nodejs module.

The problem is, we have last time during a game, 500 people on same time (live data googe analytics) on this page. And the node process on our webserver was about 90% (single process). The page was very slow. Did you have expierence with huge traffic on a page and nodejs?
