Weekly orders

Is it possible to create a default orderlist, which is automatically being processed at the end of the week (Friday at 15:00).
The idea is that every client has it's own orderlist which is recurring every week. So every week te same products are being ordered. (Food for restaurants)
The exception is that the orderlist can be extended with other products if wanted by the client. But the next week the default orderlist is default again.
If in a week nothing is manually changed by the client the default orderlist will be processed at the end of the week automatically. (There are no payment methods necessary.)

Is it possible to do this with the Commerce module?
