Though "Email from name" under email header details for an email recipient is selected as Default: "site name", the email received contains "no-reply" as from name instead of "site name".
Issue is observed since webform upgrade from 4.6 to 4.9. Check with 4.10 and dev versions also. Its the same.

DanChadwick CreditAttribution: DanChadwick commentedIn the global webform config, turn off the Reply-To header processing. This processing substitutes the site email when the domain of the form address isn't from the same domain. This avoids mail hosts from rejecting the mail as spam. If you don't want the feature, just turn it off.
