Thumbs up for this great module,

The only thing I not really understand is why the views-row counting restarts for every batch that is loaded. So now we have something like this:

..
views-row-9
views-row-10
<-- new load -->
views-row-1
views-row-2
...

It would be in my interest to continue the views-row counting in the next loaded items. Is there any simple way to achieve this?
