Basically I have a small handful of Drupal run sites, and as I get into adding content to them, I've noticed that despite having added the Schedule module to all of my sites, I can only use Scheduler on one of them, specifically what I mean is the "scheduling options" tab when creating a new piece of content only appears on one site. No idea what separates the various sites or why only one is showing it.
Are there typical reasons for why it might not appear for me? I'm the admin for all sites.

I've changed the status to 'works as designed' because in Drupal terms, 'fixed' means that there has been a code change. See https://www.drupal.org/issue-queue/status
