Basically I have a small handful of Drupal run sites, and as I get into adding content to them, I've noticed that despite having added the Schedule module to all of my sites, I can only use Scheduler on one of them, specifically what I mean is the "scheduling options" tab when creating a new piece of content only appears on one site. No idea what separates the various sites or why only one is showing it.

Are there typical reasons for why it might not appear for me? I'm the admin for all sites.

Hi scanner737,
Here are some questions to get things started:

  1. Does the problem happen for built in standard content types?
  2. Does it happen for custom content types?
  3. Have you turned on the option for the types you need?
  4. What themes are you using?
  5. Is it vertical tabs or separate fieldsets?

I'm sure there will be a simple solution to this.

Ah too right you were correct, Jonathan, I'm dumb and neglected to enable it for the content types. I completely forgot that I did that for the site it was working on. Thank you for the quick help.

That's no problem. As a maintainer of the module those types of questions come quickly to mind, but as a user configuring your sites using many modules you can easily not remember everything. Pleased it was a simple fix.

I've changed the status to 'works as designed' because in Drupal terms, 'fixed' means that there has been a code change. See https://www.drupal.org/issue-queue/status
