Release notes

  1. Fix #2553175: Update to RC1 clears all the settings
  2. Fix #2480123: Different styles on different tb_megamenus didn't work
  3. Remove Glyphicons Halflings due to licensing issues regarding #2553881
  4. Remove Chosen library from TB Mega Menu source. Load it via a CDN source if Chosen module is not available.
  5. Load Font Awesome for the front end via a if Font Awesome Icons is not available.
