In most use cases, one will always authenticate with GA and the warning will go away during execute in plugins/google_analytics_reports_plugin_query_google_analytics.inc

There are some cases, for example, during a distribution install, where we do not want to see these warnings. This patch changes nothing by default, but it does let users assign a variable to FALSE to suppress the repeated warnings.
